Turn the base on first using the ON/OFF switch. After turning on the remote, it will start at the default medium level for all functions. Power down the rotation & vibration until they are both off. Turn on the heat with the RF+, and adjust the temperature with the T+ button, to high for a preheat of the device for 10 minutes before use. The REV button is for the rotation feature, Vib is for Vibration, and all are adjusted up or down with +&- for the low, medium, and high functions. Press the “-” button twice to turn off the device. Holding down the “-” button will keep the device in the off state. Be sure to turn the base off when not in use.
Our treatment parameters are to use the device twice a week for 4 weeks, then once a week for a month. From there on you should use the device as needed or desired or at least once every 6 months, but there is no reason you cannot use it as desired for pleasure also, or daily. You may even have sexual intercourse if you desire with a partner if there is no spotting or cramping, otherwise, abstain from sex for 24 hours.
Preheat the device for 10 minutes before inserting and starting the procedure.
Start by thoroughly cleansing your vaginal area with a mild, non-perfumed soap and warm water, pat the area dry with a clean, soft towel. Make sure to shave the external area first before use.
Ensure that you are in a private space where you can concentrate and follow the instructions without interruptions. Get comfortable and in a relaxed position, lying with your legs slightly apart and on a towel.
Apply a small amount of unscented water soluble, toy safe personal gel or lubricant to the shaft of the device. Please don’t allow any gel or lubricant to run down onto the base unit as this may cause harm to the internal structure of the device. Never allow the device to sit idle internally or externally for any length of time to avoid overheating of your skin tissue.
Turn the heat and rotation to the desired temperature and rotation speed of low, medium, or high. All settings are in a therapeutic heat range.
Insert the device shaft into the vaginal vault with a small amount of lubricant or gel. Prop it in place with a towel or small pillow against the base of the device. Then use the remote control to operate the many different functions. For your first treatment start in the low setting and advance as tolerated. Internal treatments are for 7-10 minutes.
Once the internal treatment is done, remove the device holding the device by the base. Keep the heat on and adjust to low, medium, or high for the external treatment.
Be sure to hold the device at the base when using externally, being careful not to hold onto the shaft with the heat on. Reapply a small amount of lubricant/gel to the shaft of the device again and place it on one side (right or left) of the external/internal labia with the rotation on low, medium, or high. You may use the vibration feature at low, medium, or high also as it may be used for distraction or pleasure. Be sure no fluid is running onto the device.
Move the device using the base up and down from the external introitus up to the clitoral hood where the urethra is also (see diagram), making sure the heat gets to this area also, and then go back down in an oblong circular motion for 3-5 minutes, then repeat on the other side, or even in the middle.

Turn off the device with the remote and at the base also and remove by holding the base.
Be sure to clean the device base and shaft with a warm sudsy washcloth and sanitation/disinfectant wipe. Recharge the device so it is charged for the next use. Store it in a safe place in the original box.
